HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER

Method 1: Visit any of our outlets & pay application fees to join RASA SAYANG® MEMBERSHIP.

Method 2: Download “Fesyen Rasa Sayang” app from Play Store / App Store.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. RASA SAYANG® MEMBERSHIP applications are open to the public who make any purchase except employees and staff under the companies of Rasa Sayang Malaysia.

  2. Malaysia residents and non-residents with mobile numbers are eligible.

  3. Applicants for RASA SAYANG® MEMBERSHIP must be aged 18 years and above.

  4. By utilizing the benefits & privileges of RASA SAYANG® MEMBERSHIP, members are deemed to agree and accept the terms and conditions of this membership.

  5. RASA SAYANG® MEMBERSHIP is non-transferable or refundable.

  6. Members are required to present their NRIC itself for verification when collecting birthday privileges & points redemptions at participating Rasa Sayang Malaysia outlets only.

  7. Rasa Sayang member points are earned based on the total purchases of the customer (for both full-price and discounted items) as reflected in the official invoice/receipt (excluding GST or SST, as applicable). 10 member points are earned with every RM1 spent. The earning of each member point is based on the tiers decided by Rasa Sayang at its sole discretion.

  8. Rasa Sayang member points can only be redeemed at Rasa Sayang Malaysia outlets only.

  9. Rasa Sayang member points and redemptions are non-refundable or non-exchangeable for cash and any unused balance will not be refunded.

  10. Once member points have been redeemed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

  11. Balance of member points cannot be carried forward more than 24 months and will be forfeited on 31 Dec in the following year.

  12. Only one (1) member is allowed to redeem the member points within a single receipt and combining multiple members’ member points for a single item or receipt are not allowed.

  13. The Birthday discount can only be applied to full-priced items at Rasa Sayang Malaysia outlets and cannot be clubbed with other discounts, vouchers.

  14. By signing up RASA SAYANG® MEMBERSHIP, you agree that:

  • you have read, understood, and accepted the terms & conditions;
  • you are eligible for Membership; and
  • you agree that the companies of Rasa Sayang Malaysia may collect and disclose your data obtained by us as a result of your membership, for purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and our privacy policy;
  • In the event of any abuse of the RASA SAYANG® MEMBERSHIP and its benefits or providing incorrect details by any customer, without prejudice to its legal remedies, the companies of Rasa Sayang Malaysia reserved the right to terminate the membership of that customer or withdraw the benefits as its sole discretion (including forfeiture of all points earned). The customer shall not be entitled to any benefits if found to be involved in any act of fraud, shoplifting, cheating, or any unlawful act.

  1. Promotional materials will be sent to members who meet the minimum criteria as determined by the companies of Rasa Sayang Malaysia.

  2. Members have to write in to sayang@rasasayang.com.my for any inquiries about membership.

  3. Members are advised to notify any participating Rasa Sayang Malaysia outlets of any changes of mailing address or other personal particulars to avoid correspondence being sent to incorrect address, e-mailbox or mobile phone.

  4. The management of the companies of Rasa Sayang Malaysia reserves the right to add, alter, amend and revise these Terms & Conditions of RASA SAYANG® MEMBERSHIP without prior notice. Any new or amended terms & conditions will override the existing RASA SAYANG® MEMBERSHIP Terms & Conditions.
